From the moment I checked in, the service at Sheraton Dallas Hotel was top-notch. the room itself was clean, comfortable, and boasted a lovely city view. the facilities, including the gym, were impressive and well-maintained, offering a great opportunity to unwind after a long day exploring Dallas. In terms of dining options, the Draft Sports Bar & Lounge was a standout. I enjoyed delicious guacamole and fantastic service from JoJo, while the Italian Panini at Open Palette left a lasting impression, thanks to the exceptional service from Lacey. While the nightly parking rate was reasonable and the on-site amenities were convenient, such as the Grab 'n Go market, I did miss having a microwave in the room. Overall, Sheraton Dallas Hotel offers a stylish and comfortable stay in the heart of downtown Dallas, with impeccable service and great dining options. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, this hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience for guests.
